    不用46，我给你说，2022年刷单，我p图，被发现了，后面我银行卡20，30，50，最高200，咨询过当地反诈，他说境外诈骗故意让我银行卡进钱的，， 进了1万5，当时反诈冻结一段时间，就没管过了 ， ，后面又进了一笔1500，非柜 ，我去建设银行柜台销卡取现的，至今没事

    拿卡和身份证，去柜台注销卡，现金退给你，现在四大国行，风控比较严重，想办一类卡基本办不到
